Brittany Mann, LMSW

My name is Brittany Mann, and I am a licensed master social worker with a decade of experience in mental health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina Upstate and a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University. 

 

I understand that the human experience is complex and filled with diverse perspectives. My clinical experience includes evidence-based treatments for anxiety disorders, depression, persistent suicidal thoughts, family conflicts, trauma, and emotional and mood disorders. In my practice, I use various approaches, including trauma-informed techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. 

 

What I prioritize most is building a genuine, collaborative relationship with my clients. I am committed to tailoring my methods to suit each individual’s unique needs and to support you in creating a fulfilling life. Together, we can find effective ways to navigate any challenges you may face.
