Shelby Bowen, LPCA

My name is Shelby Bowen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I graduated from Clemson University with a MEd and EdS degree in Counselor Education. Throughout my counseling journey, I have worked individually with children, adolescence, and young adults. I have also provided family therapy. I am passionate about helping families and individuals work through trauma, anxiety, and depression. My goal in counseling is to help clients find the strength that is already inside them. Sometimes we just need help figuring out how to access that strength that is already there.
