Lane Roberts, LPCA
As a counselor, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel understood and empowered to overcome challenges and build confidence. I specialize in working with adolescents who are navigating concerns such as anxiety, school-related stress, self-esteem, and trauma.

My approach blends evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with creative methods such as Expressive Arts Therapy. By incorporating activities like art, journaling, and storytelling, I help clients process their emotions and discover their unique strengths in a way that feels engaging and natural.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and my M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Clemson University. With experience in both academic and clinical settings, I have an understanding of the challenges young people face and am passionate about helping clients build resilience, manage stress, and thrive in their personal growth journey.
